My name is Malachi (pronounced: Mal-uh-kai) and I am a professional passionate data storyteller with experience working with all types of data across industries.

I hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business with dual concentrations in Business Economics and Data Science. I have worked with data dealing with the healthcare, financial services, and entertainment industries with experiences in data analytics, business intelligence, financial modeling, statistical modeling and more.

Most recently I served as the President of the Anderson Student Asset Management MBA capstone for my cohort of over 30 people as well as a Portfolio Manager for the same project. As the lead programmer, I developed a codebase for data cleaning, preprocessing, and stock selection. Leveraging my Python programming and data analysis skills, I created compelling visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate investment strategy and performance to stakeholders.

In addition to my ASAM experience, I did an independent study focused determining how closely correlated certain features of a movie are to its box office performance.

Outside of the professional experiences, I enjoy playing tennis, watching movies and traveling to new countries.
